Skiing: It's Our Heritage

Our family shares a long tradition of skiing with many other Norwegians. When E.J. Otnes built his first pair of skis in the 1890's little would he have guessed that several generations later his grandchildren would still be hand-crafting wood skis that pay homage to this Norwegian heritage. Those first Otnes skis pioneered a longstanding love of skiing and woodworking that still shapes our products today
